STAY FAR AWAY! These guys are crooks! They took our deposit and ran! Hasn't returned a single text or call, no-showed and are completely unprofessional!!
Scott took our money and ran! He said 4-6 weeks and 3 months later and he has missed both installation dates without any communication. Very unprofessional! I have requested my money back and I have not heard from anyone. Very disappointed.
The company wasted my time. Scott was late to the first appointment. He said he would send a quote for the measurement he took. I never heard back for over a week, called to check. Got the run around for weeks his office said Scott would call me. I called again. Said they'd check with Scott. Still no response. I said if he doesn't want the job say so. Finally, after another call, I got someone to tell me Scott took on a large job are out 9 months and not taking on new jobs until January 2023. So don't bother getting work don... read more
Run! Look elsewhere! After waiting 8 weeks they rescheduled our installation 3 times, poor communication, office can't answer any questions owner runs entire co. Then tried hiring them to expand what they did 6 months ago but as usual rescheduled appointments we made and doesn't return calls. Extremely unprofessional company.
