Out of all the shops I’ve been to before, OC AUTO CARE has to be the best auto repair service who has helped me in Santa Ana. Taken my 4runner since day one here. Great people and great prices. Shop is extremely clean. Highly recommend
I initially called and was quoted $550 for front lower control arm assemblies including parts and labor. After bringing the vehicle in, the estimate increased to $907. Later, I received a call asking if I wanted the ball joints replaced as well — even though I had specifically requested full control arm assemblies. The final total came out to $1,425.75. Quick service and friendly staff. Oil change went smoothly.
I came to get my brakes done. Not only was the staff great, Irma offered to drive me back home to save me money on a Lyft instead of me having to wait for my car. They made suggestions what needed to be done and were willing to work with me without making me feel pressured like I had to buy something. They genuinely made me feel like they were looking out for my best interest and I ended up getting all my brakes done which were way overdue anyway.
