Reception customer service is absolutely terrible. They are all incredibly rude. They treat you like you must be a moron and are always super crass with their comments. The office itself, the nurses and the doctors are wonderful, this review is for the front office. The two ladies sitting at the front are possibly the two rudest women I’ve ever encountered.
The absolute WORST experience I have ever had. I tried to make an appointment with Dr. OToole whom I have been a patient of for over 10 years. Couldn't get in for annual for 5 months - so they said do you want to see an NP. 2 months out - made an appointment - a few days before appointment with NP - my appt was cancelled. Rescheduled 2 weeks later - with Sara Graziani - and I said perfect I need an appointment regarding my HRT - she's a meno specialist. Dr. Patel is by far one of the best physicians I have come across. She is patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and treated me with respect and listened to me so intently. Dr. Patel saw me through my first pregnancy and I was quite nervous in the beginning. She never once made me feel “bad” or “dumb” for asking a million and one questions, but rather she spoke to me with respect and addressed my concerns. The office is always clean, and the front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. Check-in and check-out are quick and efficient, making each visit a smooth experience. Dr. Kim is incredibly professional and takes her time during appointments — you never feel rushed or like just another patient. She recently delivered our second baby and was an absolute calming presence during labor.
