Having lived in my home for 28 years, I was tired of my small, old, master bath. I had a vision of what I would like to change. I had 4 different contractors come to my house and explained what I wanted and 2 of them said they do not "move walls" or change the footprint of the bathroom. I finally found one contractor who said he would and gave me a crazy-high estimate to do the job and showed me pictures of the tile, vanity, etc. choices I could pick from for my bathroom.
