If i could leave no stars I would. From the very beginning my husband did not like the vibe. The dealership is a disaster due to construction. Irina acted like she wanted to help us, but her customer service said otherwise. She sat us in a room with no AC facing the sun on a hot and humid day. I'm very grateful for the team at OC Infiniti, Mark, Ron, and the finance person took great care of me. My car was stolen, so I was not really in the shopping mood.
