I recently purchased a QX60 SUV from of ORANGE COST INFINITI, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Freddy Suarel , my sales representative, Frank Gutierrez, my service consultant, and Mark Borsack , the store general manager, all treated me exceptionally well. Their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service made the entire experience a pleasure. I’m extremely satisfied with both the sales and service departments. Thank you all for making me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend Orange Cost... read more
Marc Jimenez was very professional and answered all my questions.i would definitely do business with him again.
10☆ The Best dealership hands down. They really know how to take care of their customers.
My wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing our QX60 here! Irina was great and easy to deal with. Mark the manager made us feel welcomed from the start. Freddy made the purchase go smoothly. Overall a great experience!
FACT I WENT THERE WITH MY INFINITE SEDAN . The service man said I needed brakes badly . I took it to a reputable mechanic in HB and they said no ! You don’t need brakes for another year . Infinity is desperate and desperate dealerships will do desperate things . Unfortunately they can’t be trusted that really is bad for me if I need a dealership to do excellent work .
