I wouldn’t recommend this facility to an enemy! I found this place by looking up providers through my insurance. Long story short I needed to see an ENT as soon as possible. I was told I needed to see two doctors. I asked how much my co pay would be and they said they didn’t know. I’ve worked with running insurance before. You know almost immediately what is covered and what isn’t so I put my trust into these people assuming I would be paying a $50 co pay for each doctor. No problem. This is a wonderful place with caring doctors. For years, I have had balance issues due to a shorter-than-normal achilles tendon. Dr. Vitarelli and Dr. Balaker are true professionals. They helped set me up with a plan to improve my strength and balance. While I won't be walking any tight ropes in the near future, I'm more confident going up stairs and carrying groceries. For me, it's a fantastic life enhancement.
