Newly remodeled nice atmosphere
Really disappointed with this places ability to follow thru and diagnose a issue , left my ram 2500 2024 for a inspect and report on a noise that was irregular coming from the engine bay , first off I was not updated properly every 2 days I should at least get a text update but of course none, my service writer was apparently the assistant service manager so that says a lot when they can’t even follow through. This dealer is a complete scam artist connection, two years later I’m paying sales tax to dmv that they collected. They never had their financing right and dealer lied over and over again
The WORST dealership to deal with. They will lie directly to your face about car features and brush your concerns to the side just to sell you the wrong car and make a sale to keep their numbers up. Talked to the GM about this and he condones the shady tactics his salesman deploy. Seems like they rely heavily on their legal team and know how to cheat people out of their money
