I went in for my first oil change and tire rotation for my new Jeep Gladiator. It all went incredibly smoothly. We purchased our Jeep from Orange Coast Jeep in Costa Mesa and had a terrible experience that’s still costing us today. When we bought the vehicle, they tried to upsell us on a pre-installed KARR alarm system. We politely declined, and they claimed they would “deactivate” it.
