I had a terrible experience getting my car serviced here. After the initial diagnostic, I was told more work was needed — but what wasn’t clearly explained to me was that a second diagnostic would be required (and charged) for a secondary issue. When I questioned this, they refused to work with me and basically blamed me for not understanding their process. There was zero effort to clarify or make things right. These guys are really honest they are the real deal! Paul is the best service rep he helped with a big warranty fix right before the warranty lapsed he could have easily band-aided let the warranty lapsed but they did the right thing. highly recommend them as your dealership choice plus the oil changes a very well priced. Thank you so much!!
Since my truck was pretty new, the parts were back ordered for my truck repair. Tony, the service manager, made it a priority to find the parts needed. Once the parts arrived, the work was completed sooner than promised.
