It was a very frustrating experience. I had already finalized a price for the car with them, but when I arrived, they demanded a price increase and offered extremely convoluted excuses. They wasted a great deal of my time.
I talked to the parts department about the drive train symbol that was displayed on my Jeep. He said he didn't know what that was but could diagnose it for $289. I declined and figured out that the display was to inform you of which way the wheels were turning. It said Drivetrain 0% because they were aiming straight. Last time I go there for help.
