I only went in for an oil change, but they were friendly and quick, so Yay!
Jose was very thorough explaining the issues and very kind. He also was very helpful in showing me what I need to do and if I need any help I should call him and he'd help in any way he can.
This visit was more pleasurable than prior visits. Customer service seems like it is a priority. Summer was pleasant and helpful. There was a little trinket waiting for me when I got the car back which is always a nice feeling. The car was cleaned up and looked better than when I dropped it off, I was so grateful for that. However I was told it took 30 minutes from the time my car was complete until I was told it was ready. That seemed a little excessive and brought the otherwise good visit down. Quick, coffee was hot, doughnut was a nice touch, friendly and informative on my remaining benefits
Check-in was a breeze and my vehicle was ready when expected, with it washed and service completed. This time around I was looking to resolve a rattle in the door that the technician was not able to locate, but it has been intermittent in its occurrence so I hope to be able to solve the issue on my next visit.
I wish the year of free oil changes carried over to courtesy from OC CJDR.
Slightly longer wait time than I expected for an oil change (90 minutes), but the service was great. She kept me updated and the vehicle was very clean upon return.
