Service representative walked outside office to welcome me, kept me informed of what was going on with my service while I waited, explained what needed to be done at next visit, did not try and upsell was an all around pleasant person

Front brake work was completed promptly at a reasonable price.
A few glitches moving the truck from another dealer. But other than that everyone was very helpful
