This business is horrible I ordered a plant to be sent to a funeral home so my daughter in law could take it home. It was a five foot tree that was wilted and in a tiny pot, I was so embarrassed, it looked like a tree that had been sitting in a Walmart parking lot for days my sister in law had no way to get this tree home. Usually when a customer spends 70.00 they expect something fairly large so we sent the umbrella tree (Scheffelera) in a 10" pot with a 15.00 delivery. We're sorry you are not happy with what was chosen . You can bring it in and exchange it for something else.
