I called from San Antonio for an arrangement to be delivered for a funeral there in McAllen. The person who answered the call was very thorough in getting an idea of what I wanted. Then they sent me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered. It was beautifully done. It was great to get such good service and beautiful flowers from 240 miles away.
Never again. I ordered my arrangement two weeks in advance for Valentine’s. When I got there, they couldn’t find my order, then they found it and it was nothing like what I ordered. I ordered an all pink bouquet , there was red and purple in the. And my flowers were withered. I was really excited bc this place had so many good reviews. But absolutely not.
Put an Order on Valence 2/14/2025 and said they were going to deliver at 3pm and never got the order , I called to verify if they were going to be able to make the delivery but they didn’t, never doing business again with them 👎🏻
