Second to worst dental experience in my life. When I had my consultation I specifically asked them not to prescribe me opiates, as I am opiate intolerant and it causes extreme nausea and itchiness. Going into my procedure I let know know my fear of needles, I cried a bit because of this phobia and the man who gave me the IV asked me if I wanted to hold some strangers hand who was in the room to which I vocally and physically replied "NO" and shook my head. 12 minutes ago TOOTH PULLING FACTORY !!! I can only talk about the Clifton Heights office. WARNING.....this place is scary! Note that I have half decent dental insurance, my dentist has a beautiful, clean and updated office and they sent me here. No matter your situation this place is only acceptable if you don't care about going to a dentists office that hasn't been maintained or upgraded in ANY way that I could see since it opened. RecommendedMy 90yr old Dad was at this office today I have to say the staff was amazing. We had no problem scheduling the appointment Madeline was very helpful and kind. I had two call her back twice and both time was very helpful. The staff in the back was very caring listen to my concerns. The Doctor had patience with my dad and myself. RecommendedI had an emergency tooth extraction April 14 during this crazy COVID-19. They took every measure for my safety and others. Local anesthetic and tooth was out in less than 10 minutes. Feeling pretty good today!
They were quick,once I was called back,very professional,I printed out my forms and had them filled out ahead of time, first visit,would recommend that if you can, was referred here by my dentist.
