Horrible customer service!!!!!!! Worst experience I have ever had. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! The receptionist was very rude!!! Was told I owed $85.00 and payment is due NOW. I told them I had no money on me, I gave you my insurance stuff isn't that good enough? She stated that she told me on the phone, which is a lie. I never made the appointment was referred. The office staff are very unfriendly and rude. No sense of customer service at all
I was referred to this office by my dentist for an extraction. The staff was nice, the surgeon seemed knowledgable and nice (haven't had the extraction yet). But when I received the co-pay estimate, they tried to chanrge me $90 for xrays that my dentist emailed over. They charged me $90 for the consultation (10 min in their office basically just to schedule the appt to have the surgery). Be sure when you get your co-pay estimate that you qustion what it includes.
