Dr. Chaney and his clinical staff were great. However I’m not pleased with their billing practices. I have two dental insurance policies that paid 100% of the claims. I still had to pay $1300 the day of surgery and wait for my money to be refunded. It’s been a month since surgery and I’m still waiting on my refund check
As someone who works in the dental field, I was extremely impressed with Dr. Chaney and his team. Their professionalism, efficiency, and patient care were top-notch. My wisdom teeth extraction was smooth, and the recovery was easier than anticipated. I confidently recommend this office to colleagues and patients alike!

This place is a joke. First appointment was at one location. They changed that location to further my drive by an hour. They then changed the time of my appointment with the response that I had to change the time even if it didn’t work best for me. Then they refused to accept my HSA account for payment. They were rude and inconsiderate on every step. Wouldn’t recommend office for my pets and will never bring a child back to this place.
I went in to get my wisdom teeth out and was really scared and nervous. But the welcoming staff was kind and helpful. Later when I went back they allowed my parents to come back with me, so they could hear everything the doctor had to say. Everyone was talking to me keeping me calm and making me feel better. They were gentle and talked to my parents after surgery on care and talked to me before, so I could remember. Overall, a very good experience and everyone promised comfort and care.
