The only positive point was Dr. Horne. He was very professional! However, I can't say the same for the staff. They were not friendly, felt like they were just doing their job. As a nurse I know the value of explanation..instead of just lifting my shirt up to placing leads without saying what your doing. Or a secretary who grunts did you bring your paperwork? When it's all in my file already. Need more courteous assistants there.

I have only good to say about this practice. The ladies in the office, and of course, Dr. Alkhatib! Thank you for making what could have been a nasty experience a very positive one!
