Just called for an emergency extraction and received the RUDEST office assistant on the phone for the Bridgeport office. Instead of explaining a way to resolve my issue I was simply told due to my insurance I couldn't be seen and no money could be accepted from me even when I offered to pay out of pocket. I've never dealt with such rudeness from a medical professional in my life. Very happy with Oral Surgery Associates. Dr. Twersky and his staff are wonderful. Very thorough, caring, and compassionate.
Took my daughter to have 2 baby molars extracted the staff were all really nice and treated my daughter well. The whole process took maybe a 1/2 hour and we were on our way home with no discomfort at all. Gums are alittle sore today but my daughter is doing great. Dr Twersky did an awesome job with my daughter; she wasn't scared at all.
Thank you Dr. Alkhatib! Just had my surgery for my wisdom teeth today, besides the very small amount of pressure and the awareness of stitches , it was a great experience!
Dr. Twersky was awesome. Took great care of my daughter and made here feel very comfortable before her surgery. Office staff is just as awesome. Very helpful. They called to check on my daughter later in the day after her procedure. Highly recommend.
We waited for a few min in the morning for a receptionist, but they were really nice. My daughter had wisdom teeth removed and she didn't even know that she went to sleep or didn't remember waking up. The twilight worked really well! Dr. Twersky was teriffic and super nice. They were amazing...
The doctors at this office are amazing. Two extractions done here. Fully impacted wisdom teeth and then another later on. Twilight sedation both times. Both times I felt great when I woke up, had very little pain, and very little swelling during recovery. I was dental phobic for a long time but these guys really made me feel comfortable. Saw Dr Twersky for the first one and Dr Horne for the second.
Thank you to Dr. Twersky and his staff for their expert care and compassion during our daughter's wisdom teeth removal. They took the time to explain the surgical procedure and post-care instructions step by step and answered all the questions we had.
Dr. Alkhatib is wonderful in skill and compassion. Wonderful experience there.
