I had a wonderful experience here! From the initial phone call, to the helpful ladies at the front desk, to Dr. Juhlin who was amazing and his assistant. I really didn't have any pain. I took a couple Tylenol the next day and that was it. I really appreciated how everything was explained to me as he did it. I also appreciated how quickly the office got me in! I highly recommend! Thank you for doing such a great job during such a stressful time!
Dr. Pfohl and Nurse Mary were excellent to me. I appreciate the time they took to explain the procedure and answer every question thoroughly.
I have just had another implant. Dr. Pfohl has done all of my implants (6 so far) and guided me through identifying osteomyelitis and recommending the cure. He has done a wonderful job. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my oral surgery.
The care and sensitivity of all of the staff make what could be a stressful experience a relaxed one instead. I always feel I am in good hands, and am getting the best care possible, for which I am grateful.
I had a benign gum growth removed by cauterizaton. Dr. Pfohl explained in great detail what he was going to do, and the after care needed. I was concerned about the insurance billing code, and he worked with me and his office assistant 110%. The entire experience went off smoothly. I highly recommend OSA and the entire staff.
