Excellent staff and Doctor experience. Courteous treatment all around.
WAS VERY HAPPY OF THE SERVICE OF DR. SINHA AND THE NURSE. WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF THE BILLS. MY FIRST APPOINTMENT WAS ON 5/7/15 AND WHEN I CALLED MY DELTA INSURANCE COMPANY ON 6/29/15 THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY PAPERWORK FROM THE OFFICE. UPON CALLING THE OFFICE THEY HOPEFULLY FAXED THE PAPERWORK ON 6/29/15. WHEN I CAME FOR THE IMPLANT SURGERY ON 7/9/15 THEY STILL HAD NO RECORD OF PAPERWORK FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY AS TO HOW MUCH THEY WOULD COVER. From the front desk staff to the surgeon, this office is simply the best. I never thought that I could have such an amazing experience from a medical office. Dr. Gallardi is the most genuine and knowledgeable medical professional I've ever met. She has taken such amazing care of me. I wish I could give more than 6 stars.
My name is Jackie Mellicant I was seen here as an emergency patient. I was very happy with Dr. Malik and his staff. I was very nervous I needed 2 teeth pulled and I felt very little pain when he pulled them out. His staff is wonderful I will definately come back here. 5 stars

GREAT! I can easily say that Dr. Robin is the best surgeon I have ever been to, and would recommend her to everyone. The surgery she did went even better than planned. She was very truthful, honest, and gave all information possible to give you the best surgery. She was always on time and never rushed and made sure we knew what was going on at all times.

Absolutely terrible. I would not recommend Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery of Chicago in Orland Park for anybody. The receptionists are rude and incompetent and had no desire to help me in any way. After waiting an hour after than my scheduled appointment I was still not helped. I then discovered, the doctors and receptionists were having lunch during my scheduled appointment time! Obviously, patients are not the number 1 priority at Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery of Chicago. This place needs to get its shit together.
We were very happy with the office. My son had his wisdom teeth removed. Everything was fully explained - what would happen during the surgery and what to expect afterward. Everyone in the office was very nice.
