Everybody is nice, and seems to know their game pretty well, and are nice. Only glaring weakness is that you should definitely email complete driving directions from major expressways. And tell us how unapproachable the building is. Construction etc.
I had a wonderful experience at their office downtown. I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed, and the surgery really couldn't have gone any better. They did a great job of answering any of my questions before and after the surgery, which did a lot to put me at ease, and the staff were all very friendly. The office was nice and clean, which I appreciated and they took care of me in a timely manner.

The Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery of Chicago provided the greatest medical service I've ever experienced. First off, the staff was very welcoming and treated me with the upmost respect. Also, Dr. Malik is the funniest, most enthusiastic surgeon I've ever met and he is just so great at what he does. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction procedure and it went smoothly.
