Horrible billing staff - completely mucked up insurance filing and the were rude and patronizing when called. The procedure on my son went well but I wish I was told that the recovery period is about a week

Dr.Greer is beyond awesome! He's very friendly and explains everything so well.
The staff was very friendly. I had a tooth extracted and was awake without feeling anything. The atmosphere was great with wonderful music. Thanks go to Dr. Greer and his entire staff. My experience was wonderful.
Dr Greer and his staff have been wonderful from the initial consultation all they way through my post op appts and getting insurance to cover these procedures. I would recommend him to anyone in need of tooth extractions.

I was most pleased! I am past 75 y/o with a very limited knowledge of dental practice today and had no way of making a decision of what I wanted him to do for me. He explained, to my satisfaction, what my options were and what would probably work best for me. He made me feel as if I were the only one that he would see that day, even though the waiting room still had people waiting.
Only in Madison 1.5 days per week. He did not explain anything to me. Spent about 2 minutes with me while I was awake. Staff does not know how to file insurance
