If I could give zero stars I would. The most unprofessional business I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I'm not sure if it's because I have Medicaid or if this is how they treat everyone. I was put on hold for over 20 minutes before hanging up I called back and gave up after holding for over 10 minutes. Explained an escalating infection symptom and he interrpted saying "escalating according to whom?" according to me, your patient, who you have a duty of care for. Asked if I was in menopause and blamed everything on that, as if I can't tell ... read more

My mother recently had a tooth extraction with Dr. Swanson. He was very kind, as was the front desk staff. During the consultation, I made it clear—several times—that my mother has dementia. Dr. Swanson reassured me that the procedure would be simple, requiring only Novocaine, and that the tooth should come out easily. I also provided POA paperwork with check in. On the day of the extraction, I again reminded the assistants about her dementia. I was asked to wait in the front area during the procedure. A few minutes later, I... read more
