my wisdom tooth extraction went very smooth
Good thing: my wisdom tooth extraction went very smooth. Bad thing: they have a tedious reimbursement process of billing to my health insurance, getting denial and then re-billing to dental insurance. It has been 3 months and I haven't got it reimbursed, now (11/17/25) none of their phone number works. Interesting.
Experience was excellent. The staff was all set for me, appointment started right on time. Everyone was very friendly, polite, ready to take care of me. Answered all my questions and explained options. Treatment was pain free during and after the procedure. Follow-up call to ensure everything was good.
Doctors, assistants, and all staff are caring and friendly. We were in and out quickly - they took great care of my daughter!!
