My husband felt it all they say he had an impacted wisdom tooth and they claim they did not know. Screamed so loud you could hear him in the waiting room during the entire procedure.Even the staff was shocked they started close doors so you didn’t hear him scream but it didn’t help. Felt terrible for the patients on waiting room who were next.
Backstory to My Review: Roughly 16 years ago, I had my two front teeth knocked out from an accident, and as a result, I ended up with two dental implants. Current Day: I moved to Knoxville 2 years ago, away from my old surgeon and my family dentist who have helped me through this my entire life. So, I decided I needed to find an oral surgeon who could potentially help me with my current implants or assist in any future issues I could come across. Staff were rude and not friendly , Dr Whittaker sent in insurance claims with deceive info to receive a larger payout from the insurance company . Will not return , would give a zero but Google will not allow . I did challenge Dr Whittaker about his deceptive practice on my claim , if he corrects it I will post an update , So far as of 10-11-15 he has did nothing . Folks ,there are a lot of great oral surgeons in Knoxville , This practice is not one of them in my opinion
