Starting off with my wisdom teeth removal. The removal went great in 10/2024. Everyone was amazing gave me clear cut instructions for post op care. One of the staff even helped me blow my nose after I woke up and the anesthesia hadn't completely worn off. Next with my realignment surgery (for the life of me can't remember what the actual procedure name was but that's the best description of it) Staff was amazing with pre, during, and post op. I received excellent care from Dr. Cole who performed my BSSO surgery. He was honest and up front about possible complications due to the type of surgery. He worked and communicated with my orthodontist and dentist about the procedure and after care. He answered my questions, gave me recovery tips. His assistant communicated with me from the surgery scheduling, pre op appointments to post op appointments. Would recommend him to anyone who is about to go through this surgery. Referred by family dentist. Staff got me an appointment the very next day. I had a significant amount of pain before and during the injections but that was due to the condition I was there for. Dr. Cole and his staff got me in for appointments three days in a row and no wait time. Front office staff and dental assistants/nurses were incredible. Dr Cole is a skilled Surgeon who was very compassionate during my broken jaw procedure. I also loved the staff especially Kelly, Becca, and Leesa. I received excellent care from Dr Cole and all the staff.
Great Dr and staff! Highly recommend! My mom had a spot on the inside of her cheek and was really nervous about getting it checked out. Dr Cole and his staff, Becca, Leesa and Kelly, were incredibly kind and patient with my mom. They made her feel heard and comfortable with a warm blanket during her procedure!! She can not stop raving after the ease of her procedure and how well everyone took care of her at her visit. Thank you Dr Cole for taking care of my mom!!
