Referred by family dentist. Staff got me an appointment the very next day. I had a significant amount of pain before and during the injections but that was due to the condition I was there for. Dr. Cole and his staff got me in for appointments three days in a row and no wait time. Front office staff and dental assistants/nurses were incredible. Dr Cole is a skilled Surgeon who was very compassionate during my broken jaw procedure. I also loved the staff especially Kelly, Becca, and Leesa. I received excellent care from Dr Cole and all the staff.
Great Dr and staff! Highly recommend! My mom had a spot on the inside of her cheek and was really nervous about getting it checked out. Dr Cole and his staff, Becca, Leesa and Kelly, were incredibly kind and patient with my mom. They made her feel heard and comfortable with a warm blanket during her procedure!! She can not stop raving after the ease of her procedure and how well everyone took care of her at her visit. Thank you Dr Cole for taking care of my mom!!
Spoke with office manager, was interrupted multiple times while trying to explain the situation. Not an experience I'm willing to pay money for.
Officer manager was heinously rude and seemed to enjoy driving business away. I will not go back.
