RecommendedDr Newell is great. But there billing office doesn't work good with pay plans, only gives options of 3 months to pay even if you are still disputing it with insurance.
I was called the day before my appointment to make sure my insurance would be good. They assured me it was. When I arrived at my appointment after a 3 1/2 hour drive, I was told when I got called in that my visit may not be covered by insurance and I would be responsible for it. That was not something I expected especially because they had called the day before to confirm my insurance! What could I do but go ahead with the visit as I was having an eye issue.
