I had a 1:15 appointment and arrived at 1:00 to check in. I was told someone would be with me soon. I sat in the waiting room until 2:15, over an hour past my scheduled time, before I was finally brought back. Once in the room, they took my blood pressure and then left me waiting another 20 minutes before the dentist came in. The actual exam lasted about 5 minutes. I had a great experience with them. I had an infected wisdom tooth and I ended up getting them all removed. Dr. Frey explained the problem I was experiencing and throughly went over how he was going to address it. Day of surgery was more than smooth and his assistant was great too. Big shout out to Kate for being nice and getting me prepped. Dr Frey called me later that day to check on me. What a great personal touch, its the little things that go along way. I can't recommend them enough and thanks again!!
My son had all of his wisdom teeth removed and an additional procedure as well. Dr. Frey and staff were all wonderful. Dr. Frey called to check on my son either two or three times (Friday evening and over the weekend). We also had to reach out to a doctor that Saturday for some recommendations and received a return phone call within 10 minutes. It was a rough few days but we felt supported and cared for, and my son healed up perfectly. Would recommend this practice to anyone needing oral surgery.
