I had a consultation appointment for my daughter with Dr. Smeltzer. I expressed my concerns that a separate provider wouldn't be providing the anesthesia with her since she has had issues with anesthesia in the past. Instead of explaining his training, types and doses of anesthetic used, and protocols if the patient isn't responding well to anesthesia, or in the case of an emergency, he was very condescending, dismissive and rude. My son had his 4 wisdom teeth removal surgery by Dr. Masonbrink yesterday and it went very well. My son is recovering well today and able to eat normal food. We are so thankful for the professional, patient and kind of the Dr. Masonbrink, nurse Megan, and all the staffs we met yesterday. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends!
