Everything went well and I felt very comfortable there, needed my wisdom teeth token out and got it all done in two weeks. Hospitality 10/10
I had a tooth pulled about a year and a half ago. I was given a pricing sheet. I paid with a credit card. When I paid, the pricing sheet was placed in a box of other papers that looked like they were slated for shredding. When I got home, I realized I was charged $15 over the amount on the sheet. I have insurance. Once the insurance was settled, I was owed a refund just shy of $900. I made multiple calls and was promised a call back. This past month I experienced a dental condition which quickly turned into a serious situation and required emergency care. I was referred to Dr. Tolley's office and had never been there before...first time patient. My experience with his office was incredible, and the work of the entire team, kept me from being admitted into the hospital. My husband had his wisdom teeth removed recently and they did an excellent job. He was so nervous and the staff was very reassuring they definitely helped calm his nerves. They followed up and provided all the info we needed for a speedy recovery as well.
