I had a great first time experience, all of the staff were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, I have a sense of peace about my upcoming procedure!
Everything went well and I felt very comfortable there, needed my wisdom teeth token out and got it all done in two weeks. Hospitality 10/10
I had a tooth pulled about a year and a half ago. I was given a pricing sheet. I paid with a credit card. When I paid, the pricing sheet was placed in a box of other papers that looked like they were slated for shredding. When I got home, I realized I was charged $15 over the amount on the sheet. I have insurance. Once the insurance was settled, I was owed a refund just shy of $900. I made multiple calls and was promised a call back. I was referred to Dr. Tolley's office and had never been there before...first time patient. My experience with his office was incredible, and the work of the entire team, kept me from being admitted into the hospital.
