My husband had his wisdom teeth removed recently and they did an excellent job. He was so nervous and the staff was very reassuring they definitely helped calm his nerves. They followed up and provided all the info we needed for a speedy recovery as well.
I had a tooth pulled about a year and a half ago. I was giving a pricing sheet. I paid with a credit card. When I paid, the pricing sheet was placed in a box of other papers that looked like they were slated for shredding. When I got home, I realized I was charged $15 over the amount on the sheet. I have insurance. Once the insurance was settled, I was owed a refund just shy of $900. I made multiple calls and was promised a call back.
