While it is dental, it is always a pleasure doing business here. Everyone is professional, friendly, and helpful.
Dr. Thoman is the greatest. Very caring. Obviously an expert in his field. Great 'bedside manner'. Calls to check on you after procedure.
I would prefer to have an estimate of charges showing after what insurance will pay. I have waited almost two weeks and have only the Gross Charges without my insurance to go by. I'm still waiting for an estimate with my insurance coverage.
The entire staff was very considerate from the moment I walked in. I am legally blind in one eye and the receptionist was quick to help me complete forms. Desi's (Dr. Thoman's nurse) gave exceptional attention to my questions as well as putting me at ease throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Thoman is very compassionate and could certainly put the most apprehensive patient at ease.
I can't put into words my experience at your office. I only wish I had found you sooner. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and making me feel at ease with the procedure. You are all awesome. Thank You Kathy Sollars.
I was really nervous but everyone was so friendly and courteous that it made me very much at ease and that was very important to me.
