I had just moved here and I had a root fracture so I needed the tooth removed. I need to be knocked out for these things and Dr. Wendelkehn was awesome. The staff was very nice to me and made sure all my questions were answered.
My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted in Nov. 2009. OMA, LLC's accounting dept was inept in filing our claim with Blue Cross and Blue Sheild of Texas. Therefore after 3 months, I was pressed to pay the entire amount, for which I then would be reimbursed after insurance paid. Bottom line, insurance paid after I paid, and they pocketed all of it. I have my BCBS statements which show me what they were to re-imburse me and was told by OMA, LLC that I would be re-imbursed in March. It is now June and I haven't been contacted... read more
I feel that folks tend to write reviews when they have negative things to say...I JUST had my surgery and the Edmond Office was WONDERFUL!!! This being the first time I've ever had surgery, they made me feel VERY comfortable...I would recommend them to everyone!!! Those that read these reviews, please don't get nervous and feel discouraged...The staff is very professional and nice...
My surgeon was sorry. The office staff was sorry. I'm sorry to say, but they're REALLY SORRY.
Space available does not permit describing the extent of evils encountered via doctors, staff, office management and predatory business practices at this place. For your own safety, STAY AWAY!
Just have to say that my experience with Dr. Duffy was first-rate. He extracted an embedded wisdom tooth and took great care to ensure it was done without pain and without risk to me. The follow-up care has also been exceptional. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from this physician.
Strongly suggest that interested parties check with the Board of Dentistry, Office of the State Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau...
