He was the first to call & provided next day service to get my doorbell working again. I thought he could have lead me step by step as I watched him do the work

He was five minutes early. When he noticed our switch on the wall was the cause of the fan not working, he switched the dimmer switch out for a manual switch. Works perfectly. Couldn't be happier.

Raul was exceptionally prompt and provided service required. However, he seems to have a bit of a grudge about the fee he pays to Service Magic. I said, look at the big picture ! Without Service Magic you are not getting leads. You do a good job, people will call you back. Repeat business is huge. It is unfortunate some people to do not see the value of "marketing leads" ?
