I have been coming here for a few years now. I have recently been having some more extensive issues and Dr. Bortz is absolutely the best there is. Staff is great also. Office is clean and calm. My only issue this time is I had a partial root canal done and am in pain but the endodontist won't be in for two weeks. I need my tooth out but have to go to this office and really honestly don't want to go anywhere else. They did try to get me in some place else but its not possible for me to go there. from the moment i walked in till the moment i walked out was truley a great experience. so kind and careing. very professional. and the dentist justin bortz went over everything with me things i didn't even realize that u can see through dental exrays. I've found a dentist for life. the staff is amazing and funny they are professional and very explanatory. such great customer service.
I have major respect for this office. Dr. Bortz is one of those rare dentist's that take pride in their work and care more about your needs than the next paycheck. From start to finish Dr. Bortz made sure I was informed , comfortable and taken care of. His whole team is kind and help to calm you through the whole experience. Definitely the most knowledgeable and caring dentist I've ever been to. I can't thank you all enough!
Had to change dentists because of a change in insurance. I called many times to try and get my records sent to the new dentist’s office. Each time, they guaranteed it was done. It wasn’t. Then they said they were going to send the records to my personal email so that I could give it to my new office. Didn’t happen. Then my new office called and asked them to fax over my records. This was my first visit and I was blown away by the professionalism of every single person at your office. I'm bad with names, but the front desk/benefits coordinator, the gentleman who took my x-rays, the woman who did the cleaning, and Dr. Sabia were above and beyond pleasant, and I really appreciated the time they took to be thorough with my examination. I will absolutely being going to your office for all of my dental needs.
