This office is eally great. Helpful, knowledgeable and above all affordable. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They have cameras taht put my smile on YV and I can watch my favorite TV programming on the overhead TV while they wok on m. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Beware! Dr. Sheth didnt provide me a treatment plan until 4 days after he had already done my temporary crowns and I was shocked! He charged my insurance company for work that he did not do on both me and my husband. When I questioned him about the insurance claims he does not answer. He finally told me to find another dentist and never completed the work he started. I have complaints in with the insurance company, the ADA, the Board of Dentistry and the BBB. While it is not our policy to rebut a genuine opinion, the slander above is manipulative. Treatment plans are generally discussed with every patient and was mailed when she forgot to retain her copy or co-pay on the day services were rendered. Her demand for FREE service were declined and complaints with various Agencies were ALL dismissed as baseless. We assist our patrons facing financial difficulties, but do not condone baseless slander and tactics to escape from THEFT OF SERVICES.
This is a Great Dental Office I??ve been a dental phobic all my life and this office staff really put me at ease!
