I’m new to the building as of last winter, so this is my first summer using the rooftop and pool. I expected the amenities to be much more enjoyable. On multiple occasions, I’ve seen large groups of guests take over the rooftop and pool, leaving very few chairs or couches available for residents. I've also seen trash left behind afterward, which takes away from the experience. I’ve also experienced residents using personal DJ equipment and large speakers at the pool. the pool rules are not correct and the pool staff is rude and has a very bad attitude the pool rule states only children under 16 aren’t allowed with no adult but i was told i couldn’t go swimming bc im not 18 this rule is ridiculous and unreasonable because the pool is only 4ft deep who can’t child over 16 is taller than and it doesn’t state this so called rule please keep your staff in check
