Afterward, we received another bill saying we owed more because the procedures were “not covered.” When we called our insurance, they told us the claim needed additional documentation to process, it had not actually been denied. My recent appointment at Oquirrh Mountain Dental went very well. The purpose for the appointment was for a 4-month teeth cleaning by Darcey. She did a thorough job and was very nice and friendly. I always look forward to setting my dental appointments on days when she is working. I really like Dr. Enslow, the dental assistants, and the office staff. They are always smiling and friendly.
