I saw Darren when I was descending into a mental and emotional regression. There were some parentification enabling behaviors going on while living with family. Basically disagreement between what was healthy for an adult son living in a parents home. I did not believe that my identity was respected, nor my special diet needs due to kidney disease. I have been seeing Darren for years and he is truly the only counselor that has ever resonated and helped me. He keeps it real, is very compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. I also like that he isn't afraid to try more unconventional ways of treatment. Great care.
