Walked in and was told it would be a small wait. They then moved us to the seat’s where no one greeted us for a hour. After an hour I left. I have been going here for awhile but it seams customer service is an issue and they are more worried about how many people they can get done.
Racism needs to end - I use to come here all the time.. I returned after months of coming to them (and after all the Asian vs Black craziness thats been happening around the world and all over TikTok) and I went to the same guy I normally would go to (He sits next to the owners desk stations - 2nd from the end) and when I sat down he wasn't as welcoming and it was very noticeable. My acrylic set turned out thick, poorly shaped and uneven. I also got cut a few times.
They use the grading tool for dead skin and shouldn’t have. I wish I would have asked not to have it used. The guy who did my pedicure tore up the bottom of my feet with it. After looking into it post pedicure, it sounds like they are not legal in salon settings. That is concerning given how rough the guy was with my feet and it being a sharp tool. He did pretty good on the polish but overall the pedicure was not great, so I wouldn’t go back again.
Maggie did wonderful week. Been going here over a year and never disappointed.
