Horrible and non responsive. You have an emergency, forget it…they will ignore you and then flat out LIE, that they contacted you., yet there is no email, no phone call nor any text from them. You fill out the request and NOTHING HAPPENS. These jerks need to be sued for dereliction.
I’m concerned that all 5 star reviews are from landlords who use this outfit and the reviews by the tenants all note a 1 star rating. This group has just taken over my apartment. All of your reviews, tenants, have been very helpful in that we now know what to look for shadiness wise. I am a long time renter who has always gotten their ENTIRE deposit back including from another nickel and dime you to death outfit on Gilbert and Warner rd. All will be good until we are d*cked with. Opulent has so many BAD reviews that they removed the review section from the website. This company is a SCAM, they rented me a apartment that did not have working AC and they knew it wasn't working, every sink and bath tub in the place was clogged, not one of the ceiling fans work. The realtor who showed me the place said it is a "quiet" complex. The police has been out here 3 times just in the month of November because of the fighting with the neighbors next door. This place is a scam. They leased me a apartment in Arizona with NO working air conditioning. All the bathtubs and sinks were clogged and the carpet is ruined by pet urine stains. The property manager of Opulent said I should have looked over the place before signing the lease! Literally the apartment has ceiling fan and NONE work!! Don’t deal with this place they are a RIP OFF!
