The Optum automated system gives you incorrect information regarding your prescription refill dates. In addition if you call in and leave your call back number on their system the call back never occurs. When you finally get through to a live representative they tell you your number is not in the call back system. I have moved a number of my meds to Walgreens and now I keep getting calls from Optum asking why??? Figure it out guys, read these reviews snd improve your services. RATING NOT EVEN 1 STAR I have never dealt with the incompetence of a pharmacy such as Optum RX. Firstly, My endocrinologist phoned in a osteoporosis med on Feb 18, 2021 to which I still have not received. I have called on several occasions to Optum inquiring as to why this prescription is taking over 90 days to fill .
