I was treated with empathy and professionalism which is all I really expect from a doctor. If you can't do that your in the wrong business.
I have been with Fountain Oaks, JSA, Davita, Optum now I guess United Healthcare is managing for 39 years. I never had a reason to think about leaving but office management is so poor now. It use to be so efficient I referred people. I call multiple times to get prescriptions filled because my pharmacy tries and finally have to contact me to take care of getting them filled. Dr.Jones is my doctor here at Optum in Zephyrhills and she has been the best doctor I have ever had in my 61 years of life.She listens to all my complaints and does her best to see to each and everyone of them and I have alot of health issues to complain about.I have not had a kinder more sincere doctor.I will most greatly recommend her to everyone.THANK YOU DR.JONES FOR ALL THE CARE YOU HAVE GIVEN ME AND CONTINUE TO DO SO.......
