The office staff is friendly and does a good job to meet my needs. I've seen Karen Tan and Dr. Gandhi and they both are good listeners, who don't dismiss the research I've done myself and work collaboratively to meet my health goals.
I have been very happy with the care and care givers from Optum -Weir Canyon. Waiting time is usually reasonable, doctors and staff are all very personable and caring. They explain status and options well and refer me to specialists when appropriate.
