All of the staff was pleasant and efficient. I sprained my wrist and was seen by PA, Julia. She listened to me and explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend this location.
The whole staff was super friendly -- from reception to the nurse who took my daughter's vitals to the PA we saw. We didn't have among wait time and Destiny in particular cheered my daughter up when she was having a tough morning, just being super friendly and giving her stickers at the end.
There was only one front desk receptionist when I was there, but she was quick and worked at a steady pace. I did not wait for very long which is unusual for urgent care centers. The doctor working that day was very nice and understanding of my son's situation. He was informative and provided us with what we needed.
I was in and out very fast. Everyone I encountered was extremely kind. The dr was quick but thorough and great at explaining everything. I would definitely come back to this urgent care in the future!
