I have been happier with their care in past because this past Friday, my husband left with a prescription sent to his pharmacy that was not compatible with regularly taken medication. (He did let them know of all of his regular medications.) So, he had to go another entire day without the needed antibiotics. They also did not give him any of the follow-up paperwork to remind him of what had been discussed. Provided excellent care each time I was there. They valued my time and it was very thoughtful how they followed up days later to ensure all is well.
The person who saw me never introduced herself and never got 5 feet close to me. All she said was ooh… she gave me a prescription and said I was done….
I arrived at 1230pm for a titer, tb test and drug test. I was told the wait would be between 60 to 90 minutes. Both staff members at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. They gave me the option to wait in my car, which I took so I grabbed a bite to eat in the same parking lot. I was back under 45 minutes. I waited until 3:40pm to be told I wasnt even next in line to be called back. I had to leave to pick up my children. This is the worse office you could ever go to. Extremely unprofessional and there is a minimum wait of at least 2-3 hours before they take you in, even if there aren’t other patients in the building. You are better off going anywhere else or driving somewhere a couple hours away.
