What an amazing place to go for a doctors visit and an ultrasound appointment. Ana, welcomed you at the door with a beautiful smile. Chevy ultrasound tech was very accommodating, professional and nice. Wait time was super fast. The place was well ventilated and so clean. Great job on this site. I will recommend this location to my friends and family Thank you guys! Management did a great job on choosing professional staff.
The doctors are great. I think the staff is probably okay, too. But administration processes and systems simply don't work. Simple communication is impossible. It's difficult to make appointments, follow-up is nonexistent, and when it happens it's incorrect. I do not recommend Optum. This office was fine a few years ago before Optum. Working with Optum is incredibly frustrating, and where medical concerns are at issue, you don't want a frustrating experience. Find another option.
