Can’t reset appointment till 2026. Do not answer phones puts my follow up three or four months late. Not ok
Amazing they make you wait 45 minutes for a 3-minute appointment. Yet everyone seems to have attitude when you tend to ask for the reason for the holdup. Definitely would not recommend the dermatologist office through optium.
Somehow my appointment got screwed up and it was in their system for the 26th of July, but I was told it was the 29th when I made it. They were busy and weren't sure I could be seen by the doctor. I turned on my super charm and the receptionist went it to ask if I could be fit in. Adriana (not sure I'm spelling it right) talked to me and said I'd have to wait 45 more minutes. Tried to make an appointment with a dermatologist. Called Friday 10/19/18, I was told the assistant Patty and Gabby was busy assisting in the Surgery Room and the front desk Sandy cannot help me schedule the appointment because only Patty or Gabby know the doctor’s schedule. I was told they will call me back. I waited that day for a return call, but they never did. I called the office again and told me Patty and Gabby already left and will be back Monday 10/22/18.
