I have three kids and this is the WORST pediatric office I've ever had the displeasure of working with. My daughter has had three appointments here and each was terrible. The first two we waited at least 45 minutes to see a physician. They had to expedite her vaccines because I had waited so long. I was nearing pickup time for my son's preschool. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Optum Pediatrics. My two-year-old had a well-child visit scheduled for 3:20 PM, which had been booked months in advance. I am a working single parent of two young children, and despite rushing directly from school pickup and notifying the clinic through the app that we were on our way, we arrived at the front desk at approximately 3:28 PM — less than 10 minutes late. Changed check in process, front desk is often rude during last 3 visits. During a visit with two of my kids we had to wait an extremely long time to see the Dr between kids. The next visit showed up 3 min late and was told I wouldn’t be seen and had to reschedule. This is already a hassle since I have 3 kids but due to new polices all 3 can’t be seen at the same time so I always have to come back to have my third seen.
