I had such a great experience with my sleep study! Ty was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process. He was very kind, patient, and reassuring, and made sure I knew that I could ask any questions I had at any time. I arrived on time for my appointments and had to wait 45 minutes after that appointment to be seen. Then the doctor never followed up to set up another appointment or to follow up on the procedures moving forward. This is very disappointing that more and more healthcare providers don't do what they say they are going to do. They need to start being held accountable for their lack of actions in people's care. I still have yet to hear anything for this place or the Dr who seen me.
I can never get ahold of the referrals department and when I do, they take forever to send the referral. I need my APAP and I am so sleep deprived I can barely function. But they don't care. EDIT TO ADD: What a joke! You all tell me to call this number to leave some feedback and you don't answer your phone either. So I guess it would be hypocritical for y'all to say anything to them when you do the same exact thing. 🤦♀️
