I have learned their Perscription Refill number is a service and i found 1 trustworthy persin in tbe Sanfird office. But the folliwing is a firect result of their prescription service. Terrible trying to get a prescription filled. Took 5 days to get then to send my blood pressure medicine to my pharmacy and now im on day 2 to get my prescription fir my acid reflux and ulcers sent to my pharmacy. I've been a patient with Optum Sanford for 5 years. This past year was a really difficult time for me and my family. The entire staff have been truly AMAZING!!! My calls are returned within minutes, reminders for appointments and referrals are done quickly. . Their Nurse Nidia and Nurse Practioner Ghayathri Devaraj really care about their patients. Another doctor just bit the dust dr Luna is gone. The floating dr is a nice guy but we are tired every time we come here our dr is gone. New faces all the time this use to be a nice clinic a couple of years ago. It time to change
Terrible customer service, can't get anybody to fill out FMLA paperwork, 3 weeks of phone calls and nobody has the decency to even call me back. This is supposed to be my mother's primary care, and I almost lost her twice. The lady on the phone is awfully rude, every time I called they tell me the doctors not in, Jennifer the case manager has covid, any lie so they don't have to help.
