Transferred from clearwater to ridge rd optum. I got referrals and care without any harassment or stress. Very pleased my Healthcare is addressed professionally and prompt. Nice to have this kind of care.
Dr. Acevedos office the people there are courteous and very helpful
After mixed up communication between insurance and previous pcp I had a rather pleasant experience with this optum location...thank you optum staff...i sorry I can't give 5 stars .....yet. but this is not on optum ridge road...Hopefully I can change this to 5 stars soon
The four stars are for the pleasantly professional APRN assigned to me the last minute for my first appointment and beyond. It seems to be a trend for some offices to now substitute NP's for a doctor specifically listed in my Florida Medicare Advantage Plan and on my medical card. I often get a survey form from the plan asking me to rate a doctor that I've never even met. As for waiting for someone to get to my call, it's been mostly absurd.
